Students will also be required to pay for textbooks, police record checks, verification of non-academic requirements, and other costs as needed.

Clinical Placements

Students will be required to complete 432 hours of clinical placements throughout the competency-bridging program of study. Clinical placement locations, dates, and times will not be known until closer to the weeks the clinical placement will need to completed. Clinical placements will most likely take place in the Greater Toronto Area. Students will be required to attend the clinical placement they are assigned and will be responsible for any associated travel costs.

Funding Support

Students who are registered in the competency-bridging program of study might be eligible for the Ontario Bridge Participant Assistance Program (OBPAP) based on their financial need. Once students are registered in the program of study, they might be able to apply for OBPAP through the financial aid office of the university they are registered with. OBPAP provides students with up to $5,000 in tuition reimbursement.
